Since it has been raining the scenery has changed, it looks lush and green. It is so beautiful. Game drives have been great as well. Starting with the Beho Beho River, I have done two drives and we have seen the little antelope called Suni, Blue monkeys and Colobus monkeys. At the quarry we had a pride of seven lions for two days and our big bull Elephant is still around. At Salum’s road we had a good sighting of two civets which I think were having a romantic moment. Yesterday I was with two guests on a morning drive and just after the Msine crossing on the way to Tagalala we saw dead Hippos in the small water hole and so many Vultures. Some were in the trees and some on the ground. Also there were about fifteen Hyenas having a feast. It is always very interesting to watch Hyena’s eating because it is very quick; a lot of pushing each other and it is very noisy, because it was in the water it was even better to watch. I don’t know how many photos the guest took but I heard a lot of click click! Then at the Salum’s road we saw a Pride of ten Lions including three males (three musketeers our dominant males) which we don’t often see together, two females and five cubs. As usual the lion cubs were very active so we enjoyed watching them for a long time. After that we another exciting time where we saw baby Impala that had just been born. We watched the mother cleaning it and the little baby was struggling to stand up.
