Beho Beho Bushblog – Onesmo – 4th February

It is nice to see the changes of the season. We had a green landscape and now it is just turning to dry and all the pools from the rain are drying out. Animals are now moving closer to the permanent water sources. Wildebeest, impalas and zebras are all gathering in big herds for water. Elephants are now regularly coming to the camp water hole. Hippos have been continuously fighting over territories and we have had two males down the Msine River who have been in a fight almost the whole day. The weather has been changing annually but usually we get long rains late February or beginning of March, if it comes on time all the game will be very successful with their little ones.
